Job Description

A Store Manager is a pivotal role in retail or service-based environments, tasked with overseeing the daily operations of a store and ensuring both customer satisfaction and business profitability. Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and feedback.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained throughout the store.
  • Prepare and manage store budgets, monitoring financial performance and controlling costs.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance to sustain a high-performance work environment.
  • Implement health and safety practices to ensure a secure and safe store environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail managerial role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and drive a team.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Solid financial and business acumen to drive store profitability.
