Job Description

An Assistant Manager in Human Resources plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of an organization's HR department. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience of at least 3-5 years in an HR role, with management exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications is necessary.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving mindset.
