Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team for the night shift. The primary role of the Telecaller will be to connect with clients over the phone, introduce our products or services, and address any queries they may have. Working in a night shift environment, the Telecaller will cater to clients across different time zones, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. With excellent communication skills and a personable attitude, you will play a key role in driving our business forward by generating leads and building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities

  • Contact potential or existing customers over the phone to present our offerings.
  • Respond to customers' questions about products, services, and promotions.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services to deliver accurate information.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Keep records of all conversations with potential leads in our database.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets set by management.
  • Build sustainable relationships by engaging customers effectively over the phone.
  • Handle customer complaints diligently to provide positive resolutions.
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives to follow up on warm leads.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve skills and performance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to remain competitive.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to a professional team environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role, preferably in the night shift.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally during night hours.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills to close deals effectively.
  • Ability to work well in a team and contribute positively to team dynamics.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in communication is a plus.
