Job Description

The Senior Project Manager is an experienced professional responsible for leading and managing complex projects within an organization. As a key figure in driving project success, the Senior Project Manager is tasked with overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills to liaise across multiple teams and stakeholders effectively. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, possessing the ability to manage resources, create detailed project plans, mitigate risks, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of multiple, complex projects.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables to align with business objectives.

  • Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
  • Identify potential risks and devise mitigation plans to address them.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and issues to all stakeholders regularly.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements in projects.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative working environment.
  • Conduct project evaluations and post-project analysis to improve processes.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and problem-solving sessions when necessary.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in developing project management skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in project management roles.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with successful outcomes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Proficiency with project management software tools and techniques.
  • Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management credential preferred.
