Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Telecaller to join our dynamic customer service team. As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for initiating calls and providing exceptional service to resolve their inquiries or issues. Utilizing excellent communication skills, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, striving to understand customer needs and provide them with appropriate solutions. The ideal candidate will be persuasive, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure to meet targets. Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services effectively.
  • Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those specific needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer information in the database.
  • Achieve daily and monthly call targets to support overall sales objectives.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and expectations met.
  • Stay informed about product details and company policies to provide accurate information.
  • Handle customer complaints diplomatically and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve call practices and share best strategies.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance communication skills and product knowledge.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer insights and actions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with a persuasive and friendly tone.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computers and telecommunication systems effectively.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stress calmly and positively during call interactions.
  • Driven and target-oriented individual with a strong sense of responsibility.
