Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present sales reports, tracking progress against goals and making adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences from start to finish.
  • Train and mentor new sales staff, fostering a team-oriented and competitive sales culture.
  • Participate in promotional and marketing activities to boost sales and brand awareness.
  • Attend industry events and workshops to network and enhance sales techniques and knowledge.
  • Ensure all sales processes comply with company policies and relevant legal regulations.
  • Utilize customer feedback to inform product development and improve sales processes continually.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive in the retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of the retail market dynamics and customer requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools and techniques.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
