Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the recruitment and staffing process within our organization. This dynamic position involves sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing requirements. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will be skilled in using various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage potential candidates. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively represent the company and ensure a positive candidate experience.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine specific job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Source potential candidates using various channels, including job boards and social media platforms.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date applicant tracking records throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the interviewing process.
  • Negotiate offers and finalize employment contracts with selected candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future staffing needs.
  • Work to improve and streamline recruitment processes for better efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations during hiring processes.
  • Gather feedback from candidates and hiring teams to enhance the recruitment experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software tools.
  • Strong ability to conduct different types of interviews and assessments effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and teams.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations impacting recruitment processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously under tight deadlines.
