Job Description

The Sales Representative plays a critical role in driving the growth and sustainability of our business by effectively engaging with potential clients and nurturing existing customer relationships. This position requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about sales, with an ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying opportunities, implementing sales strategies, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. We are looking for someone who embodies excellent communication skills, is self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Representative will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for expanding the customer base and enhancing brand loyalty.


Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers through cold-calling, networking, and market research techniques.
  • Present, promote, and sell products or services to existing and prospective clients.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and follow up on leads.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled time frame.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments within the company.
  • Analyze the territory or market’s potential and track sales and status reports.
  • Develop strategies to increase market share through excellent customer service and product promotion.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Continuously improve through feedback and professional development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the company's marketing, advertising, and production teams to further the brand.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a sales representative or in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM practices.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer dynamics in the market.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven individual with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills with strong follow-up techniques.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
