UX/UI Designer (225-709)

The UX/UI Designer plays a crucial role in shaping the user experience and interface design for digital products and applications. Working collaboratively with product managers, developers, and stakeholders, the UX/UI Designer is responsible for ensuring that customers have a seamless and engaging experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and be adept at translating complex ideas into intuitive and aesthetically pleasing designs. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Develop original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve and refine the designs.
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards across projects.
• Conduct usability testing to identify and solve UX problems, ensuring a seamless user journey.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure the technical feasibility and execution of designs.
• Stay updated with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies to implement the best practices.
• Manage and maintain design consistency across all projects and platforms.
• Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for mobile devices and browsers.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role in a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects and successes in UX/UI design.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
• In-depth understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a relevant field is preferred.
