Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual fluent in Arabic and eager to take on a challenging role as a Personal Assistant? We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant with excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English to support an executive-level professional. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day activities, coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, and organizing travel arrangements. Your ability to multitask and efficiently prioritize duties will ensure that operations run smoothly, thus allowing the executive to focus on strategic initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining confidentiality and professional discretion at all times.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the executive’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
  • Handle all correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and letters, in Arabic and English.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and meeting agendas as needed.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive and internal or external parties.
  • Manage office supplies and place orders to maintain an efficient workspace.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute action points to relevant parties.
  • Provide administrative support and execute tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Assist with personal tasks for the executive, including running errands or managing personal appointments.
  • Coordinate communication between different departments as required by the executive.
  • Conduct research and compile data to assist in decision-making processes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and capability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Professional demeanor and the ability to work with high-level personnel effectively.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities as needed.
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel when required.
