Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing healthcare services to our patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. As a Registered Nurse, you will work closely with doctors, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to assess patients, implement care strategies, and promote health education. Responsibilities

  • Assess and monitor patients' conditions and administer medications and treatments accordingly.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to implement care plans.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records of patients’ medical histories.
  • Provide patients and families with health education and emotional support.
  • Operate and monitor medical equipment necessary for patient care.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and analyze results to provide accurate assessments.
  • Adapt to emergency situations quickly and efficiently to ensure patient safety.
  • Supervise and guide junior staff or healthcare assistants as needed.
  • Implement infection control measures to ensure a safe healthcare environment.
  • Coordinate with hospital staff to ensure high-quality, integrated patient care.
  • Initiate discharge planning discussions and provide post-discharge support instructions.
  • Attend ongoing-training sessions to stay updated with the latest nursing practices.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice.
  • Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • At least two years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and respond to patient needs swiftly.
  • Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certifications required.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records systems and digital healthcare tools.
