Job Description

As a Real Estate Agent specializing in off-plan properties, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the process of purchasing properties before they are completed. Your expertise in the real estate market and ability to sell the vision of a property under construction are crucial in this role. You will work closely with developers, understand project timelines, and provide expert advice to clients on the advantages and potential of investing in off-plan properties. You will need to have excellent negotiation skills, a thorough understanding of real estate laws, and be able to build strong relationships with clients and developers alike. Your goal is to help facilitate property purchases seamlessly, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.


Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and provide them with information on off-plan properties.
  • Engage with clients to understand their property needs and investment goals thoroughly.
  • Offer expert advice on the benefits and risks of purchasing off-plan properties.
  • Negotiate terms and prices with clients and developers on behalf of buyers.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of current and upcoming real estate developments.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to clients about off-plan projects.
  • Coordinate with developers for property site visits and previews for potential buyers.
  • Facilitate the entire sales process, including the legal and administrative formalities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers to stay informed on new projects.
  • Ensure clients are kept informed of the construction progress and important milestones.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company.
  • Participate in property exhibitions and community events to network and generate leads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar sales role in property sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, particularly off-plan developments.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with a client-oriented approach.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and provide strategic business advice to clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other real estate management tools.
  • Valid real estate license and a clean and up-to-date sales certification.
