Job Description

An HVAC Sales Executive plays a critical role in driving the sales strategy and growth of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning products and services. The position requires a proactive, results-driven individual who possesses exceptional negotiation skills and a deep understanding of HVAC systems. The role is centered around identifying potential customers, developing relationships, and converting prospects into long-term satisfied clients. A successful candidate will possess a strong business acumen with the ability to devise and implement effective sales strategies. As an HVAC Sales Executive, you will not only meet but exceed sales targets, nurturing both new and existing client relationships while staying abreast of industry trends and technological advancements.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various prospecting techniques.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth.
  • Create persuasive sales presentations and proposals to meet customer needs and secure contracts.
  • Reach and exceed specific sales targets and performance goals on a quarterly basis.
  • Conduct thorough market research to keep informed of competitive products and services.
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events to keep abreast of market trends.
  • Provide detailed product demonstrations and information to educate customers about HVAC solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements to close profitable deals with clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to generate leads and expand brand presence.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline status.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate any complex problems to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver concise sales reports to senior management and stakeholders regularly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of successful experience in HVAC sales or a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and market dynamics is essential.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales management tools to optimize sales activities.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites for meetings and presentations.
