Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
  • Schedule and attend client meetings to present products and negotiate deals successfully.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales initiatives and campaigns.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client communications, and follow-ups.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to management regarding client interactions.
  • Travel extensively to meet clients and explore potential market opportunities.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Participate in workshops and seminars to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outdoor or field environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in previous roles.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and market exploration.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite for sales documentation.
