Job Description

An HR Analyst plays a pivotal role in interpreting and optimizing employee-related data to help organizations make informed decisions. Responsibilities

  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and human resource information systems.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources or analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and industry practices.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex information simply.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
