Job Description

As a CRM Coordinator/Admin Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our customer relationship management systems, ensuring seamless and efficient operations that support our business growth. Your expertise in providing administrative support and your ability to coordinate CRM activities will be key to enhancing customer service and client relationships. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and innovative thinking to improve CRM procedures and performance. You will be tasked with maintaining accurate customer data, generating reports, coordinating campaigns, and providing administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for handling multiple tasks, deadline-driven projects, and the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the CRM system to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute CRM campaigns and strategies.
  • Maintain and update customer records and data in the CRM system accurately.
  • Generate, prepare, and distribute CRM performance and analytics reports monthly.
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to CRM software and data.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff to maximize the CRM system's capabilities.
  • Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and resolve any CRM application issues.
  • Coordinate between departments to integrate CRM functionalities for business needs.
  • Assist in creating and implementing CRM policies and protocols for the organization.
  • Track and analyze customer interactions to identify trends and enhancement areas.
  • Support senior management with CRM insights and data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a CRM Coordinator, Admin Assistant, or relevant role.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, data management, and analytical tools.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills essential.
  • Experience in training and onboarding staff on CRM systems beneficial.
