The Telesales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s sales growth by leveraging telecommunication tools to engage with potential and existing clients. Responsibilities

  • Contact potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
  • Identify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and goals.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing activities to nurture prospects.
  • Maintain a detailed and accurate record of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve sales processes.
  • Provide relevant customer feedback to the product development and marketing teams.
  • Handle customer queries, providing information and resolving issues promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors' activities.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Actively participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills over the telephone.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to empathize and engage customers.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads and sales activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Familiarity with the sales process and techniques in a telesales environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
