Job Description

As a Jewellery Sales Executive, you will be an integral part of a team dedicated to providing customers with exceptional service and expert advice on exquisite jewellery items. Our ideal candidate is passionate about jewellery and has a deep understanding of precious metals, gemstones, and jewellery trends. You should be able to engage and build strong relationships with customers, guiding them through their purchasing choices and ensuring they have an outstanding shopping experience. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets while maintaining the store's image and brand integrity. Whether working in a luxury boutique or high-end department store, your role will be both rewarding and dynamic, offering opportunities for professional growth in a prestigious industry.


Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their jewellery needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge and suggest suitable jewellery items to clients.
  • Assist customers in selecting unique pieces that fit their style and occasion.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs regularly.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of jewellery trends, products, and brand history.
  • Display and merchandise jewellery items to enhance product visibility and appeal.
  • Handle customer transactions efficiently and securely using store systems.
  • Provide after-sale support including repairs, resizing, and custom orders.
  • Participate in inventory management and restocking efforts as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and professional store environment.
  • Participate in training and workshops to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably within the jewellery sector.
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building customer relationships.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Knowledgeable about jewellery materials, gems, and contemporary design trends.
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure the presentation standards of jewellery displays.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays, as required.
