Responsibilities

  • Coordinate scheduling and calendaring for team members and management accurately.
  • Assist in the preparation and editing of correspondence, communications, and presentations.
  • Maintain and update various databases with accuracy and in a timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and meeting rooms.
  • Facilitate communication between departments by managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Manage office supply inventory and place orders to ensure continuous availability of resources.
  • Assist with event planning and organization for company meetings, staff events, and training sessions.
  • Support project management activities by documenting key notes and tracking project progress.
  • Analyze and manipulate data to generate reports for management and department heads.
  • Provide customer service assistance and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while offering constructive feedback.
  • Participate actively in departmental and team meetings to enhance communication and team dynamics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
  • At least two years of experience in administrative or business support roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
