Specialist - Website And Social Media Content Management

The Website and Social Media Content Specialist is responsible for managing the digital presence of the company through engaging, SEO-optimized website and social media content. This role involves content planning, creation, and performance analysis to enhance online visibility, audience engagement, and brand consistency. The ideal candidate is a creative digital communicator with a strong command of content strategy, marketing trends, and social platform algorithms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage website and social media content calendars aligned with marketing goals.

• Create compelling, accurate, and brand-consistent digital content across platforms.

• Ensure all website content is optimized for SEO and user experience.

• Maintain and update website pages using CMS tools such as WordPress or similar platforms.

• Monitor content performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights).

• Respond to user comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.

• Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to align messaging and campaigns.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and relevance of published content.

• Stay updated on industry trends and adapt strategies to boost online engagement.

• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in content management, digital marketing, or related roles.

• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML knowledge.

• Strong understanding of SEO, web analytics, and social media algorithms.

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

• Graphic design knowledge is a plus (Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
