Senior UX Designer (225-724)

As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences for our digital products and platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to create intuitive, innovative, and delightful user interfaces. Your deep understanding of user-centered design principles and expertise in a wide range of UX design techniques will drive the evolution of our product offerings. You will be responsible for translating complex ideas into user-friendly interfaces and ensuring consistency and quality across our digital presence. In addition, you will mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement within the design team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather design requirements and objectives.
• Create user personas, storyboards, and customer journey maps to enhance UX understanding.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new product features and updates.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs continuously.
• Present and communicate design concepts and proposals to stakeholders and team members.
• Ensure design consistency and quality across all digital products and touchpoints.
• Mentor and guide junior UX designers, providing constructive feedback and expertise.
• Stay updated with industry trends and integrate relevant best practices into design processes.
• Utilize data-driven insights to inform design decisions and assess design impact.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to inspire creativity and innovation.
• Work collaboratively with UI designers to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
• Maintain and contribute to the organization’s design system and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design or a related role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a broad range of digital product designs and processes.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Experience with conducting user research and usability testing for digital platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile team environment.
