Job Description
- Responsible for Transmission ISP Implementation to meet internal & external customer requirement - new Bandwidth provisioning / Network Robustness
- Handling the vendor Management, Material Management, Coordinate with various stake holders including planning, SCM, NoC, Ware house, to execute and deliver the required backhaul & transmission network within TAT.
- Responsible for handling the Digitization and process strenghtning.
- Monthly/Weekly/Daily deployment KPI monitoring/reporting.
- Performance monitoring & review with respective stake holders
- Strong technical knowledge of Wireline transport network.
- Proven experience in leading project management teams, driving operational excellence and achieving business goals.
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
- Strong stakeholders management and interpersonal skills
- Strong technical knowledge of wireline transport networks.

- Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in transmission network management or ISP implementation.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
