Job Description
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the FMCG packaging market.
Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts, while identifying and converting new business opportunities.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (production, supply chain, and customer service) to ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth in the UAE and wider GCC markets.
Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and market insights to management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Sales professional should have:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3-4 years of proven experience in FMCG packaging sales (plastics, food & beverage, consumer goods packaging preferred).
Strong business development and account management skills.
Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Based in Dubai with a valid UAE driving license preferred.
