The Retail Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of retail operations and ensuring the seamless execution of daily activities in a retail environment.   • Assist in the preparation and execution of promotional events and activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in retail management or operations with a focus on service delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and drive performance improvements.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
