Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present offers to purchase or sell properties on behalf of clients.
  • Negotiate sale prices and other contractual terms to close satisfactory deals.
  • Coordinate property showings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws and municipal zoning ordinances.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed database of clients and listings for efficient management.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Use digital marketing tools to advertise properties and reach a wider audience.
  • Continuously grow a network of industry contacts, including mortgage lenders and inspectors.
  • Regularly attend real estate seminars and workshops to stay informed about market trends.

Requirements

  • Must hold a valid real estate license in good standing with regulatory bodies.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or related fields is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively negotiate deals.
  • Strong knowledge of local property markets, including pricing and demand trends.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and online listing platforms for efficient workflows.
  • Driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
