Senior Project Manager (225-811)

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee and direct numerous projects within our organization. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategies. Your role will involve managing project teams, resources, schedules, and budgets, while maintaining close communication with stakeholders. You will also be expected to manage risks and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. The ideal candidate has excellent leadership skills, a robust understanding of project management principles, and a track record of delivering successful projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and other staff members.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation for the successful completion of projects.
• Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet changing needs.
• Conduct risk management analysis to minimize project risks and issues.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors and stakeholders.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed for resolution and decision-making.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Present regular updates on project progress to management, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Perform quality control on projects throughout the lifecycle to maintain high standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field required.
• A minimum of 7 years of project management experience in a related industry.
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.
• Proficient in project management software tools, such as Microsoft Project and Trello.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
• Demonstrated experience managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• PMP Certification or equivalent is highly desirable and preferred.
