The Senior Landscape Supervision Architect is responsible for leading the site execution of the Landscape supervision works within WSP Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for directing the site supervision activities related to landscaping, irrigation, and associated works.
• Responsible for reviewing all shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and request for information related to landscaping, irrigation, and associated works.
• Coordinate with Client, Contractor and concerned authorities.
• Lead workshop meetings about issues related to landscaping work and related activities.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of records of Contractor’s submissions related to landscaping, irrigation, and associated works.
• Provide all necessary on-site direction and respond to site instructions related to landscaping, irrigation, and associated works.
• Ensure accuracy and adequacy of “As-built” drawings related to their respective discipline.
• Participate in contract administration.
  
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or landscape engineering
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in total, and 10 years’ experience in UAE/GCC
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in design and execution of landscape projects.
• Ability to provide landscape advice to internal and external parties
• Proven ability to perform in management capacity
• Excellent written & oral communication skills
