The Senior Human Resources Manager plays an integral role in shaping the strategic direction of the HR function within the organization. Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business strategy.
Lead the HR team in delivering comprehensive HR services to all employees.
Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes, ensuring alignment with company needs.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations at all organizational levels.
Foster a positive working environment where all employees feel valued.
Develop and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead employee engagement and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
Act as a consultant to senior management on organizational development matters.
Conduct regular audits of HR processes and implement improvements as needed.
Oversee compensation and benefit programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conflict resolutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent field required.
At least ten years of progressive HR experience, with a managerial role inclusive.
Strong understanding of employment law and labor legislation for effective policy compliance.
Proven track record in strategic planning and executing HR initiatives organization-wide.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills to lead and influence teams effectively.
Experience in managing change initiatives and a dynamic work environment required.
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is highly preferred.
