Senior Healthcare Recruiter

The Senior Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for attracting, screening, and selecting qualified healthcare professionals for employment within the organization. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and build a pipeline of talented candidates. The Senior Healthcare Recruiter will also facilitate the interview and selection process, conduct background and reference checks, and assist with onboarding activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, qualifications, and expectations for each position.
• Source and screen resumes to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely communication with candidates.
• Conduct comprehensive reference checks and background investigations.
• Negotiate salary and benefits packages with selected candidates.
• Assist with the onboarding process, including completing necessary paperwork and orientation activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, employment laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
