Job Description

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business objectives and technological capabilities. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, assessing the impact of changes, capturing, and documenting requirements, and supporting the communication and delivery of those requirements with relevant stakeholders. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you interpret data, formulate reports, and make strategic recommendations to enhance productivity and improve business processes. This position demands a dynamic individual who can keep pace with a fast-evolving industry and contribute to projects that drive innovation and operational excellence. The Senior Business Analyst must be adept at understanding and communicating complex business and technical concepts to a diverse audience, fostering alignment, and driving decision-making processes.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis to understand business needs and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Develop detailed requirement specifications and clearly communicate business needs to IT teams.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather, analyze, and document business requirements effectively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and designing solutions.
  • Analyze the impact of proposed changes on end-users and business operations.
  • Manage and prioritize change requests to meet project deadlines and objectives.
  • Ensure all project requirements, scope, and objectives are properly documented and adhered to.
  • Develop user stories and provide input into project management plans and efforts.
  • Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and external partners.
  • Monitor project progress and maintain open communication regarding any changes or delays.
  • Provide post-implementation support and gather feedback for future improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in business analysis or a related position.
  • Proven ability in modeling business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Strong experience with requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated experience with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, requirements gathering, and process documentation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project challenges.
