Job Description

A Business Analyst specializing in Marketing Analytics plays a critical role in ensuring that marketing strategies are data-driven and effective. This position requires someone who can bridge the gap between data science and marketing strategy, providing actionable insights that enhance business performance. The Business Analyst will work closely with marketing teams to analyze complex data sets and transform them into meaningful insights. This role requires a candidate with a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle complex, multifaceted projects. The ideal candidate will have experience using advanced analytical techniques to influence marketing decisions and support strategic initiatives that drive growth and value for the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and key insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop data-driven strategies and campaigns.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders regarding marketing performance.
  • Conduct market research to support the development and enhancement of marketing strategies.
  • Utilize predictive modeling to forecast marketing trends and impact.
  • Manage and maintain data integrity and quality within marketing databases.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in marketing analytics and reporting.
  • Deliver training and support for marketing teams on analytics tools and methodologies.
  • Track marketing KPIs and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Assist in budget planning and resource allocation for marketing activities based on analytics.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in marketing analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in marketing analytics or a similar analytics role.
  • Proficiency with analytical tools such as SQL, R, Python, or Business Intelligence tools.
  • Strong ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly and simply.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and advertising technologies is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
