Responsibilities

• Lead the design process and ensure alignment with client requirements and project goals.

• Oversee and mentor a team of architects and junior project managers throughout project lifecycles.

• Prepare proposals, reports, contracts, and other necessary documentation for each project.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in architecture and project management.
• Licensed Architect with a comprehensive understanding of architectural design principles.
• Proven experience managing large-scale architectural projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for team management.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM is essential.
