As we continue to expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee our finance operations and contribute to the company’s growth.

Role Overview

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of accounting functions, including financial reporting, compliance, and budgeting. This role requires a hands-on professional who can ensure accurate financial management while leading and mentoring a small accounts team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting activities and ensure timely month-end closings
• Manage invoicing, revenue recognition, and cost control processes
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and forecasts
• Handle VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations
• Support external and internal audits with complete documentation
• Develop and monitor budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial planning
• Supervise and guide junior accounting staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Implement best practices in accounting policies, systems, and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or Tally software
• Strong knowledge of Excel and VAT regulations
• Experience in the rental, service, or production industry preferred
• Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
