Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue objectives.
  • Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through research and outreach.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and close deals efficiently while maintaining profitability.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with marketing efforts.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients professionally.
  • Analyze market trends to identify potential areas for sales growth and improvement.
  • Ensure products are delivered and invoiced accurately and on time.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address client inquiries.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to network and promote products.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer relationships and sales activities efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centered attitude.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite for sales activities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and strong problem-solving skills.
