Job Description

As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the revenue growth of our organization. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery. Your keen understanding of the market, coupled with your ability to convey complex product knowledge in an easily comprehensible manner, will position you as a critical player in meeting the company's sales objectives. Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and report on sales activities regularly.

  • Ensure the timely resolution of customer issues and feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the sales process and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Outstanding negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and partners.
