  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client referrals.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current and upcoming property projects.
  • Conduct property viewings and present offerings to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Negotiate sales agreements in line with company policies and guidelines.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
  • Keep management informed with regular sales activity reports and market insights.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for marketing and documentation support.
  • Stay updated on real estate laws, market trends, and competitor activities in the UAE.

Job Specification

  • Minimum 1–2 years of proven sales experience in the UAE real estate industry.
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage).
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
  • Knowledge of Dubai real estate market and regulations.
  • Presentable and professional appearance.
