Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant sales role in a similar industry.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance and market trends effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills for client interactions and deal closures.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for sales documentation.
