Job Description

As a Sales Executive specializing in UPVC and Aluminium Doors & Windows, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales and growth of our products within the market. Your primary focus will be to identify potential clients, develop lasting relationships, and promote our high-quality door and window solutions. You will leverage your knowledge of the industry, keen market insight, and exceptional sales skills to achieve and exceed sales targets. This role offers an exciting opportunity to interact with various clients including architects, construction firms, and homeowners, thereby expanding our customer base and enhancing our market presence. You will be expected to develop strategic sales plans, conduct market research, and provide feedback to influence product development and marketing strategies. Your active participation in team meetings and client presentations will help foster a collaborative work environment aimed at achieving the organization's goals.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive product growth in the market.
  • Identify potential customers and establish strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Engage in client meetings and presentations to promote product offerings.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet specific client needs.
  • Manage and maintain a sales pipeline to effectively track and close deals.
  • Achieve and exceed established monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide regular reports and feedback to management regarding sales progress.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand professional network.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving client concerns promptly.
  • Develop and maintain a well-organized database of client contacts and sales leads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven sales experience in UPVC and Aluminium windows and doors industry.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales management tools for tracking sales activities.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to meet clients and prospects.
