Job Description

As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our company's growth and customer acquisition strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and close new business opportunities through effective client engagement and solution-based selling. We expect you to be a self-motivated individual, capable of using your sales expertise to meet performance targets and work collaboratively with other team members to drive overall company success. Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver effective sales presentations to key decision-makers.

  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts and reports regularly.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events as needed.
  • Provide ongoing customer support and address client concerns promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and update client information.
  • Continuously improve sales skills through training and professional development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and sales data effectively.
