Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our production processes. As a Production Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the production team by managing schedules, coordinating activities, and ensuring communication is clear and effective across departments. Your proactive approach to problem-solving and exceptional organizational skills will help us maintain high levels of efficiency and quality. You will be essential in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, liaising with different departments, and supporting the production team to deliver quality output on time.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate production schedules to ensure timely completion of all projects.
  • Manage communication between departments to facilitate workflow and resolve issues.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of production-related documents and reports.
  • Maintain and update production records, scripts, and schedules systematically.
  • Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met consistently.
  • Coordinate logistics, including transportation and resource allocation, as needed.
  • Support production managers in tracking project budgets and financial records.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes during production meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address any production challenges.
  • Oversee resource allocation and maintain inventory of production equipment and materials.
  • Provide administrative support to the production team as required by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in film, production management, or a related field preferred.
  • Two or more years of experience in a production or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to solve problems efficiently and creatively.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
