Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to drive our SAAS (Software as a Service) sales team to new heights. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, a deep understanding of the SAAS landscape, and the ability to lead a team to success. You will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans based on company goals to promote growth and customer satisfaction for the organization. Your role will involve identifying market opportunities, developing and nurturing client relationships, and ensuring the sales team meets its individual and collective financial objectives. This position requires a high degree of autonomy, excellent communication skills, and a strong passion for sales and technology.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet sales targets and objectives.
  • Identify potential markets and ensure a strong pipeline for the sales team.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
  • Establish and manage long-term client relationships and partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
  • Set individual sales targets with team members and evaluate performance.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and training to the sales team members.
  • Oversee efficient sales operations and resource management within the department.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of SAAS products and solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, specifically in the SAAS industry.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a sales management role is preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze market dynamics and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools for tracking performance.
