As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our company by generating new business opportunities and building strong customer relationships.   • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote our brand and products.
  • Continuously update your knowledge on industry best practices and emerging trends.
  • Ensure post-sale customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team performance and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in a competitive industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to generate new business leads and convert them into profitable clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
