Job Title: Sales Development – IT/Systems Integration
Location: Al Garhoud, Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 4,000 – 6,000/month + potential performance incentives
Timing: Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 5 PM | On-site

A well-established technology company with 44 years of presence in Oman, now expanding into the UAE market. The company provides enterprise solutions to government and corporate clients.
What You’ll Do
Make outbound calls and qualify leads
Keep CRM and lead data organized
Register on tender portals and assist with follow-ups
Support email outreach and occasional meetings/events
Stay updated on product offerings
What We’re Looking For
2–3 years in tele-sales or inside sales
UAE Experience And Background In System Integration Required
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
CRM, Excel, and email tool skills
Female candidates preferred
Must be based in UAE and ready to join by early September
