Job Description

As a Senior Quality Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance systems and processes within the organization. Your expertise will help drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, conduct audits, and provide training to staff. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure product excellence.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to evaluate quality compliance and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements in all operations.
  • Lead root cause analysis activities to determine the underlying causes of quality problems.
  • Participate in the development and documentation of quality control plans and test protocols.
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance practices and protocols.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality standards are maintained in procurement processes.
  • Prepare and present quality reports and findings to management and stakeholders regularly.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
  • Mentor and guide junior quality specialists to develop their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role.
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulations such as ISO and Six Sigma.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to facilitate quality improvements.
  • Experience with quality assurance tools and methodologies, including root cause analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proven leadership abilities in coordinating quality initiatives and leading teams.
