Job Description

The Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by managing all administrative tasks and providing necessary assistance. They are responsible for maintaining the sales database, generating reports, and coordinating sales activities. They also handle customer inquiries, prepare sales proposals, and assist in the preparation of presentations. The Sales Coordinator must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as they will be interacting with both internal teams and external clients. Attention to detail and a proactive approach are essential for this role.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the sales database regularly.
  • Prepare sales reports and presentation materials.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of sales proposals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Coordinate sales activities and track progress.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Support the sales team in meeting their targets.
  • Provide administrative support such as managing calendars and scheduling meetings.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in sales support or administrative roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
