Job Description

A Digital Marketing Executive plays a critical role in boosting an organization's online presence and managing its digital channels. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and strategies to effectively reach and engage target audiences. The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing metrics, and identifying trends to enhance performance. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage social media platforms to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality content for various digital channels.
  • Coordinate with the design and content teams to optimize digital marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze website analytics and performance metrics to drive strategy adjustments.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide recommendations for strategy enhancements.
  • Run and manage paid advertisements across different platforms like Google Ads and Facebook.
  • Employ SEO and PPC strategies to improve brand visibility and website traffic.
  • Report on key performance indicators and digital marketing performance to stakeholders.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Develop and implement A/B testing practices to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Ensure all digital marketing initiatives align with the overall company brand and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in digital marketing or related field.
  • Proven ability to manage and execute digital marketing campaigns effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and trends.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to meet marketing objectives.
