Job Description

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in driving our company’s growth and helping clients achieve their business goals through our products and services. Your primary focus will be to build long-lasting relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and meet sales targets. You will liaise with various teams within the organization to ensure a seamless customer journey from initial contact through to after-sales service. Your positive attitude, expert industry knowledge, and dedication to learning about our products will contribute significantly to the success of our sales team and the company as a whole.


Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and opportunities for growth in assigned sales territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through periodic follow-ups.
  • Analyze customer needs and present suitable product and service solutions effectively.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop strategic sales solutions and campaigns.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives consistently.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers in person or virtually.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to better position the company's offerings.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate sales activity reports for senior management review.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and problem-resolution support post-sales transaction.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training programs to enhance selling strategies and skills.
  • Negotiate contracts and handle various aspects of sales transactions, ensuring compliance.
  • Attend networking events and trade shows to promote products and increase brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record in sales and achieving targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with customer-centric focus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other related sales applications is required.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to travel and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
