Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, you will be a pivotal part of our growth and expansion efforts, driving our business forward by identifying and creating opportunities. Your main responsibility will be to find new sales leads, manage existing projects and accounts, and build long-lasting relationships with our customers. You will work closely with other departments to ensure streamlined operations that meet customer needs and maximize revenue. A high level of interpersonal and communication skills will be essential, as you will often be the face of the company when interacting with clients. Your work will involve conducting market research, preparing sales pitches and presentations, and negotiating contracts to secure profitable deals. Your contribution will be critical in enhancing our market position and achieving financial growth.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive networking.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and research activities.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build connections.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and processes.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity and market developments.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities required.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
