🔐 Key Responsibilities
✔ Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies for construction sites
✔ Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments using advanced methodologies
✔ Investigate incidents/near-misses and implement corrective actions
✔ Deliver safety training programs to workers and management
✔ Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements (DMA, DM, AD EHSMS)
✔ Monitor PPE usage and equipment safety across all operations
✔ Prepare emergency response plans and conduct drills
✔ Analyze safety data and present improvement recommendations
🛠 Must-Have Skills & Certifications
✔ NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification (required)
✔ OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification
✔ Expertise in risk assessment tools (JSA, HAZOP, FMEA)
✔ Proficiency in safety management software (Intelex, EHS Insight)
✔ Strong knowledge of international safety standards (ISO 45001)
✔ Excellent communication and training skills
✔ Ability to work in high-pressure construction environments
