Job Description

As a Junior Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and retention of key client accounts within our organization. You will be responsible for building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients while providing exceptional support and services tailored to their needs. Your primary goal is to ensure client satisfaction, promote client retention, and drive mutual growth opportunities. Working closely with senior account managers and cross-functional teams, you will assist in the development and execution of account strategies that align with client objectives and leverage our company’s resources effectively. Responsibilities

  • Assist senior account managers in developing strategic plans tailored to client needs.
  • Foster and maintain strong, positive relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and reports to clients on account performance.
  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure efficient and effective service delivery to clients.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to improve the customer experience and service quality.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints decisively.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance account management skills.
  • Support the development and implementation of customer loyalty programs and initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of contract negotiations and renewals with existing clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in account management or customer service roles is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and formulate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving high client satisfaction levels.
